Alberta Elizabeth Aiello

Alberta Elizabeth Aiello (nee Thomson), age 90 of Traverse City Michigan, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2024. Alberta was born in Detroit Michigan. As the devoted mother of four and office secretary, her life is celebrated for her kindness, strength, resilience and unwavering love for her family. Alberta loved her faith, family, dolls, church choir, two cats and other collectibles.

Alberta is survived by children Anne (Gerald) Brow, Grace Aiello (Jim Denniston), Raphael Aiello (Lee Andrus), her grandchildren Theresa Rose (Russel) Bloss, Alex Aiello, Gerald Brow, Anne and Alexander Denniston, great grandchildren Oliver and Lily Bloss, and her former spouse Ralph Aiello. Alberta is preceded in death by her oldest child, Anthony, her brother Peter Thomson, and her parents Josephine and Alex Thomson.

Her family invites friends and loved ones to her funeral mass at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 630 S West Silver Lake Rd, Traverse City, MI 49685 on Wednesday, July 3 10:00 am viewing, 11:00 am Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Michigan, your favorite animal shelter or the charity of your choice.
