Notice of Public Hearing
PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT
A Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. before the Elmwood Charter Township Planning Commission to consider:
A proposed text amendment to the Elmwood Charter Township Zoning Ordinance, Article V, Section 5.1.3, Residential District, Accessory Uses consisting of the removal of the word “seasonal” as used in conjunction with reference to “scoreboards” at ball fields within Elmwood Charter Township; and proposed text amendment to Article XI, Section 11.12.2 General Criteria, Signs, and Section 11.12 Table 2, Note F – Signs to remove of the word “seasonal” as used in conjunction with reference to “scoreboards” at ball fields within Elmwood Charter Township.
The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding this matter at the date publicly noticed in accordance with state law. The public hearing will be held in the Elmwood Township Hall located at 10090 E. Lincoln Road, Traverse City. Written comments by the public regarding this matter may be submitted at or before the meeting.
