Notice to the Public
The Village of Suttons Bay Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the Suttons Bay Township Planning & Zoning Office, 321 N. St. Joseph St., Suttons Bay, MI to consider the following:
1. A review of a determination made by the Zoning Administrator that outdoor lights located on the shoreline side at 118 S. Shore Drive, Suttons Bay are decorative lights under Section 1062 of the Village of Suttons Bay Zoning Ordinance. The subject parcel number is 043-220-003-80.
The application may be reviewed at the Suttons Bay Township Office of Planning & Zoning, 321 N. St. Joseph St., Suttons Bay, MI during normal business hours. Written comments may be directed to the Village of Suttons Bay Zoning Board of Appeals, P.O. Box 395, Suttons Bay, MI 49682 and will be received until the time of the hearing.
