This is to inform you that at the regular meeting held February 23, 2010, the Empire Village Council adopted Ordinance #127 an Ordinance to amend Section 3.21 of Article 3 of the Village of Empire Zoning Ordinance to amend the provision regarding landscaping in the Village.  This Ordinance becomes effective upon the expiration of seven (7) days after publication in the manner provided by law.  A complete copy of this Ordinance may be seen and purchased at the Village Office, 11518 S. LaCore during regular business hours or at the village web site at: www.leelanau.cc/empirevillage.asp
