If you timely request such a meeting, foreclosure proceedings will not commence for at least 90 days after the notice required by MCL 600.3205a(1) is mailed to you.  If you and the person named above are able to work out a modification of your mortgage loan, and you abide by the terms of the modification agreement, your mortgage will not be foreclosed.
