An all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner benefitting a Cedar-area family whose home was destroyed by fire last month is set for Saturday in Traverse City.
St. Francis parish will host the event that will benefit the Tony and Kathleen Glaza family on Saturday in the St. Francis High School cafeteria, 123 E. Eleventh St.
A donation of $5 per person is suggested for the dinner, which is slated for 4 p.m. There will also be a bake sale featuring homemade cinnamon rolls and lemon meringue pies.
Tony Glaza and his daughter, a seventh-grade student at Elizabeth Ann Seton School in Traverse City, were at home at the time of the Feb. 17 fire but escaped the blaze unharmed.
