MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by:
Sarah Louise Grubb, a Single Woman
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, Mortgagee, dated August 21, 2007 and recorded August 29, 2007  in Liber 952 Page 1  Leelanau County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage was subsequently assigned to: BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Ninety Cents ($251,233.90) including interest 10.64% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, Circuit Court of  Leelanau County at 11:00AM on February 26, 2010.
Said premises are situated in Township of Solon, Leelanau County, Michigan, and are described as: 
Part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Town 28 North, Range 12 West, more fully described as commencing at the Southeast corner of said section, thence West along the South line of said Section 560 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing along said line West 198 feet, thence North 660 feet, thence East 198 feet, thence South 660 feet to the point of beginning, and also a 66 foot wide easement for ingress and egress into the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, section 34, Town 28 North, Range 12 West, Solon Township, Leelanau County, Michigan, more fully described as commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 34, thence West 758 feet along the South line of said Section 34 to the Point of Beginning, thence North 270 feet, thence West 66 feet parallel with said South line, thence South 270 feet, thence East 66 feet along said South line to the Point of Beginning.
Commonly known as 5765 East Traverse Highway, Traverse City MI 49684. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241 or MCL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale, or upon the expiration of the notice required by MCL 600.3241a(c), whichever is later.
